linux (Samsung): update .config for 6.15

- add RTL8192DU
- disable CONFIG_PROVE_LOCKING for Exynos
  - Also remove items no longer implied from that option.
- enable kernel based RTW88_8821AU and RTW88_8812AU
- enable kernel options IP_SET and NETFILTER_XT_
- enable CONFIG_IPV6_MULTIPLE_TABLES
- CONFIG_IPV6_MULTIPLE_TABLES tidy up not set CONFIG
- enable kernel options CONFIG_IP_NF_RAW and CONFIG_IP6_NF_RAW
