4cb6cf3b76 ffmpeg: update patch handling 
Use upstream ffmpeg as a base version and apply kodi patches via a
patchset.

This doesn't change the ffmpeg source code we build from ATM but
allows us to easily drop kodi patches if they cause issues, update
to a newer point release or test with different ffmpeg versions
in the future.

b458226dbc ffmpeg gen-patches.sh: rework patch handling 
Use upstream ffmpeg as the base version and add support for creating
kodi ffmpeg fork patchsets.

Downstream patchsets now can set their base repo/version if they aren't
based on upstream ffmpeg.

0381a38363 mariadb: update /var/run to /run 
The following warning has been occuring with mariadb, update the
references to use the non legacy directory - /run

systemd[1]: /storage/.config/system.d/service.mariadb.service:8:
  PIDFile= references a path below legacy directory /var/run/,
  updating /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.pid → /run/mysqld/mysqld.pid;
  please update the unit file accordingly.

da1426d568 kodi: remove outdated and defunct kodi.game repository 
We included it to give easy access to the zachmorris repo, but
kodi.game repo hasn't been updated in ages and the ancient zachmorris
repo referenced by it is now defunct and results in errors in kodi.log

error <general>: Repository add-on repository.zachmorris uses old schema definition for the repository extension point! This is no longer supported, please update your addon to use <dir> definitions.
error <general>: Repository add-on repository.zachmorris does not have any directory and won't be able to update/serve addons! Please fix the addon.xml definition

Let's just drop it, anyone who wants to use the zachmorris repo can
easily install it from ZIP.
