9e39ce6f1c u-boot: explicitly enable decompression 
u-boot defconfigs don't enable decompression routines
required if we want to use compressed kernel image.
Enable them to be able to compress kernel and run it.

9f298e2892 cleanup: remove for real out of tree projects and options file, features removal leafovers, etc. 
I think it's error prone and useless to the development of LE.
I've left the possibilty to have a options file in your home directory
but I do not think it's necessary.
