fix outdated build options

* DEFAULT_LED_PIN --> DATA_PINS
* DEFAULT_LED_COUNT --> PIXEL_COUNTS
* DEFAULT_LED_TYPE --> LED_TYPES
* USERMOD_AUDIOREACTIVE --> ${esp32.AR_build_flags}
