ATL-658: IDE can use any pinned version of CLI.
- Pinned the CLI to the `20201104` nightly. - Updated the TS/JS API generator to fall back to forks if configured. - Updated the CLI JSON schema. Signed-off-by: Akos Kitta <kittaakos@typefox.io>
