Avoid polling fjaraskupan if no broadcast is received (#71969)

* Switch to subclassed coordinator

* Avoid polling fjäråskupan only do on request

We still want to timeout the availability if no data was received.

* Remove unused variable

* Update homeassistant/components/fjaraskupan/__init__.py
