Subject: [PATCH] Small fixes in user-facing strings of `nest` (#144444)

- add the missing hyphen to "one-time setup fee"
- capitalize one occurrence of "Cloud Project" (treated as name in all other strings)
- sentence-case "name" as this can be translated
