* Enable RFDEBUG on "Enable debug logging"

In my dev env this is not needed

* use hass.async_create_task(handle_logging_changed())

instead async_at_started(hass, handle_logging_changed)

* revert unneeded async_block_till_done

* Remove the startup management

There's a race condition at startup that can't be managed nicely
