Update OS debug example hostname (#575)
* Update OS debug example hostname Updates the example given in debugging to reflect the default hostname. I use hostname as a term without explanation as anyone that doesn't understand the meaning shouldn't be using this doc (as stated at the top). * Update note on different hostnames
