Step 2 until we support installing the drivers from within Etcher. This
also introduces an "Open drive link" Mixpanel event.

fix(usbboot): Move blob handling to SDK
...
This moves the usbboot blob handling into the SDK to avoid
root dirname conflicts through shimmed __dirname in bundled UI
and different contexts of execution.

- Split out scanner into own file
- Move `lib/shared/sdk` -> `lib/sdk`
- Move `lib/image-stream` -> `lib/sdk/image-stream`
- Move `lib/writer` -> `lib/sdk/writer`
- Rename `sdk/standard` -> `sdk/blockdevice`
- Move adapters into `sdk/adapters` subdirectory
