Removes erroneous information for Xiaomi Gateway (#15143)

I removed contradictory information that claimed the Xiaomi Gateway required the 16 character developer key, which is incorrect, and also contradicts the information further up the page. This integration does need the 32-char token to communicate with the Xiaomi Gateway
