Add ES6300 to supported Samsung TV models (#7804)
* Add ES6300 to supported models This Samsung model is showing state correctly for me, and power off works. I found the new model contribution instructions confusing so tweaked them, and tidied a few other models in the list that didn't have the 4 initial characters removed. * Further refine Samsung TV supported models list - Remove duplicate from Samsung TV supported models list - Refine model contribution instructions - Remove D7000 and ES6800 duplicates
