Changed the Lannouncer link to point to Playstore (#14788)

The keybounce site appears to be down.  I've contacted author to see if it's temporary or done.  Will update the "more information here" link or remove it if it's just done, but at least this way if you click the Lannouncer link you can install and use the app.
