Update powerwall.markdown description (#31604)

Updated to better reflect the differences between the Powerwall Gateway device sensors and the Powerwall Battery devices and sensors.

Removed % charge description for each Powerwall battery device as this integration no longer provides that sensor (it was a calculated sensor).

Updated consistent descriptions for Power and Energy entities, including explanation of negative values.
