Add switch to chacon_dio integration (#33946)

* Add dio_chacon integration documentation

* Apply suggestions from code review

* Review corrections : rename to chacon_dio, updated links to english stores, removed reload service that will be in a future PR.

* Review correction of link to group integration

* Review correction for group of entities

* Tiny tweak

* Add switches to chacon_dio integration

* Review correction : one sectin per platform
