The bootloader for Home Assistant OS (uboot) does not yet support Pi4 booting from USB. Support is likely a month or two away as of July 2020. USB Boot is currently supported when using the 5.X builds of HA OS. These are dev builds which can be found on the [release page](https://github.com/home-assistant/operating-system/releases) The Pi4 with 8GB RAM is now supported when using the 64-bit image.
