I got a little lost adding the service to google assistant. I found it in the Google Home app on Android. Google may have recently changed this, or it's Android specific. Also added a link to the configuration.yaml setup information.

I've updated Google Assistant documentation to make it easier to distinct the Home Assistant Cloud automatic configuration from the manual setup option. Furthermore some small changes with the migrating from <0.80

Needed to make this change, as without this change, HA was giving errors pertaining to Bearer tokens, as Legacy Password was removed from my configuration

Proposing changes to steps 8a and 8d. I looked back at previous versions and I don't think these steps were updated when the other steps it was originally referencing were moved/changed.

It's not entirely clear that listing specific entities in entity_config is not enough to expose an entity if expose_by_default is set to false.
