* Adding details of merging trackers

Since the merging of trackers works for more than just OwnTracks (at least GPS Logger, probably more), adding the details here at the top level.

4133cc0196 Calling out that devices are still added (#5284) 
It's a common source of confusion that with `track_new_devices: False` devices are still added to `known_devices.yaml`. This adds a note to say that this is to be expected.

- Add `icon` to `device_tracker` config documentation (see https://github.com/home-assistant/home-assistant/issues/1237).
- Remove gravatar from example because it makes no sense to configure gravatar *and* picture.
- Fix default value for `track`.

Whilst the icon setting might be handy for representing a device, there's no code in the device_tracker component to support this setting.

2587a74112 Adding more detail about multiple trackers (#418) 
I had to dig through forums to figure out that you just add multiple fields to the device to track it, though I am still not sure if OwnTracks and iCloud can be used on the same device.  

I figured it would be better to expand an example here.
