+Drop <sys/unistd.h> include
+
+<sys/unistd.h> does not exist in musl or uClibc, so including it
+causes a build failure. In glibc, it simply redirects to <unistd.h>,
+so we can safely drop the inclusion of <sys/unistd.h>
