tinyalsa: fix build with gcc 5.x

This commit adds a patch to tinyalsa to fix the build with gcc 5.x. It
fixes autobuilder issues like:

The fix has been submitted upstream.

+When building tinyalsa with gcc 5.x, the following warnings appear:

+To fix this, this patch marks the pcm_get_format_name() as static,
+since it's anyway only used in tinypcminfo.c.
