ci20: Fix U-Boot build with codesourcery toolchain

Currently, U-Boot is failing to build, due to some issues
with the toolchain and the U-Boot port.

Fix it.

+Currently, trying to build ci20_mmc fails on little-endian
+toolchains. The problem seems to be that some targets don't
