Olli Sulopuisto 791a07498e Add LilyGo T-Panel S3 Lite support

The Lite is a different board from lilygo-t-panel: no XL9535, no
CST3240, Quad PSRAM, backlight on GPIO 33, SPI init on ESP32 GPIOs.

Keep USB CDC on boot disabled. CDC=1 waits for a USB host, so a 5 V
brick never boots. USB Mode 1 stays so USB JTAG flashing still works.

Arduino-esp32 reports NUM_DIGITAL_PINS as 48 on S3 (GPIO 0..47), so
the HTTP GPIO picker never listed KEY1 on GPIO 48. Loop to pin 48 on
S3. Guard guiSetup() indev_drv access when TOUCH_DRIVER is -1.
