- Removed ability to override DEFAULT_LED_PIN, DEFAULT_LED_TYPE and DEFAULT_LED_COUNT. Use DATA_PINS, LED_TYPES and PIXEL_COUNTS instead.

* fixed another stupid pointer arithmetic error
