5fa06c32cb [Vizio] Replace logger configuration with simple flag (#5672) 
The Vizio component has an (to date) undocumented configuration flag which can be used to suppress the self-signed certificate warnings. IMO, this approach is preferable to the currently documented method of using the `logger` component, using a reverse proxy, or setting python environment variables.

I found it difficult to understand restore state at first. Once I found out that I /didn't/ need to do anything it became obvious what the paragraph was going for. I've re-written the language from a "what do you need to do" perspective rather than a "this is why you don't need to do anything" perspective.
